Desi Party Games is a small, independent, fan-made collection of Bollywood party games you play together — in the same room or on the same video call. No ads, no signup, no download. You open a link, pick a handle, and you're in.
Every desi gathering eventually turns into the same beautiful argument — which film was that song from, who played the side character, can you say that dialogue in one breath. That back-and-forth is the whole vibe of a Bollywood evening, and it doesn't need an app to exist. We just thought it might be more fun with a scoreboard.
So this is that — the trivia, the guessing, the loud accusations of cheating — turned into a handful of quick games built for a group of friends with phones. It's made for our own chaotic family-and-friends WhatsApp group first; if it makes your living room a little louder too, even better.
A growing wall of them — guessing songs from a clip, naming the film from a single frame, bluffing your way through fake dialogue, on-screen jodis, and more. New ones go up regularly.
The Daily Filmy Challenge is one fresh solo puzzle a day — a single question, takes a minute, and your streak carries over if you keep coming back. It's the version you play by yourself on the train, then send your score to the group chat to start the next argument.
Just one person, building it nights and weekends because the group chat needed something better to fight over. It's an early-stage project — things will break, games will get added, rough edges will get sanded down. That's the fun part.
